Payments

Payments are due according to the terms listed in your invoice or agreement. Work may be paused if payments are late or outstanding.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate information, necessary assets, and approvals required to complete the project.

Revisions

Revision rounds are defined in each project agreement. Additional revisions, expanded scope, or new requests may require additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Final approved design work is transferred to the client after full payment is received, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. EMK Design Studio may retain rights to concepts, drafts, unused directions, process work, and portfolio display unless otherwise agreed.

Portfolio Use

EMK Design Studio may display completed work in portfolios, case studies, social media, marketing materials, or presentations unless confidentiality terms are agreed upon in writing.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, or use the site in a way that interferes with its function.

Limitation of Liability

EMK Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of this website or services. Services are provided with professional care, but specific business results are not guaranteed.
